Originally from Iowa City, Iowa (Go Hawks!), I attended the Conservatory of Theatre Arts at Webster University in St. Louis where I got my BFA in Musical Theatre and my BA in German.

After a five-year hiatus from the stage I decided to go back to school and get my MM in Vocal Performance as well as an Advanced Certificate in Vocal Pedagogy from NYU. I am currently a performer, voice teacher, and dialect coach based out of New York.

As a plus-size artist, I am used to playing the villains, the sassy friends, and the comedic characters. While these roles are in my wheelhouse and I LOVE playing them, I am also passionate about playing leading roles and characters that are not typically cast with plus-size actors.
